It depends how severe your symptoms are. This bedding gives you a dust mite resistant surface that washes at 60°C, so the layer against your skin stays clean. What it cannot do is reach the mites already living inside your mattress, pillows and duvet. If your symptoms are mild, or you already own protectors, this bedding on its own is a sensible place to start. No chemicals at all. Eucalyptus silk is a natural fibre and nothing is sprayed or coated onto it. What makes it dust mite resistant is the weave itself, a 1000 thread micro-weave with a 40 micron barrier, far tighter than ordinary cotton, so it works purely through the fabric structure and never washes out.
